mixed feelings about the stay
early check-in multiple choices broken phone king bed
staff was friendly and was able to check me in early, that helped my trip. breakfast was good with multiple choices.
we requested a king bed a long time ago, but they told us it was full even though the hotel was half empty. also, our phone in the room was not working, so every time we needed something, we had to go to the lobby (i told them multiple times, but they did not fix it).

Modern and Clean with Skybar Views
spacious rooms modern design vegan options skybar views
the hotel had spacious rooms, and i liked that. the room had a modern design. breakfast included many vegetarian and vegan options. the skybar offered great views (i could see the oslofjords!).
the automation switches in the room seemed a bit crazy, and the blinds moved on their own sometimes.

the hotel is near a metro station, providing convenient access. keep in mind that the last part of the walk to the hotel includes a steep uphill climb with some stairs. the surrounding area is generally quiet.

the room had a spacious layout. breakfast had a really extensive buffet with different options. the staff at reception gave great cute and helped with any request!
The room lacked a storage cupboard and space to hang clothes on an open rail. It was generally small.

cold responses unclear process
The breakfast had enough good options and the employees were excellent.
Responses regarding cancellation were cold. The delivery process was unclear, and I missed my package because I never received a reply to my inquiry!!!
